We were fortunate to meet two dedicated staff members, Joshua and Trisha, who shared their insights and experiences working in the vibrant and rewarding world of nurseries.
Throughout the day, Joshua and Trisha gave us a first-hand look at what it takes to thrive in their roles. They spoke about the skills, qualities, and personal attributes needed to succeed, from patience and creativity to a genuine passion for working with children.
Whether it’s planning engaging activities, ensuring a safe and caring environment, or fostering the early development of the children in their care, they left us with a deep appreciation for the hard work and dedication involved.
