Louise is an employee-owner at Seetec who wasn’t diagnosed as being neurodivergent until she was almost 40 years old.
She wanted to share her experience as part of Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2024, but wasn’t too keen to appear on camera. So we gave her this alter-ego to voice her words.
Louise works in the marketing team and wanted to outline some of the ways Seetec has made her feel supported, when she hadn’t always felt that way in previous companies.

But as Louise says in this video, often the first step is to start a conversation. Speak to a doctor, chat to friends and family. Tell them what you are feeling.
