The St Austell team have loved working with Grace, who has made fantastic progress towards her career goals during 2023. She is a wheelchair user who lives with multiple complex health conditions.
Whilst working with us as part of our Work and Health Programme, Grace’s can-do attitude and growth mindset have been inspirational to everyone around her.
Confidence and skills…
With guidance from our team Grace has sharpened her digital skills with specialist trainers at Cosmic, and completed qualifications in safeguarding, mental health, understanding autism and life coaching.
Grace impressed at a summer work placement with HMRC and is a regular volunteer ambassador with Young People Cornwall.
